Ryota Ozawa is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive expertise in tax consulting, auditing, and cross-border business operations. Registered as a CPA in Japan in 2015, He distinguished themselves by completing the mandatory 3-year CPA training course at the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in just one year, showcasing exceptional dedication and skill.
With a Bachelor of Economics from Yokohama National University (2007) and an MBA from Singapore Management University (Class of 2018), He combines strong academic credentials with a proven track record in both accounting and business management.
He launched Ozawa International Accounting Firm in 2025, following a successful career in accounting spanning 15 years (2010–2024). During this time, He gained expertise in all aspects of tax consulting, including corporate tax, consumption tax, income tax, and inheritance tax. Key achievements include assisting Indian investors in establishing a Japanese venture by securing Certificates of Eligibility, renting office space, opening bank accounts, and managing revenue collection. This initiative resulted in the successful expansion of the investors’ business in Japan. In the firm, he also experienced successfully completing a cross-border M&A by leading negotiations, due diligence, valuation, and agreement finalization. His consulting services expand not only tax and accounting but also finance and law.
Prior to entering the accounting profession, He gained valuable legal and operational experience as Department Manager of the Legal Department at a real estate company (2007–2010).
Currently, He has decided to fully assist his clients all over the world to start and expand their business in Japan and launched his firm.
